什麼是 MoyoMap？
MoyoMap is a workspace for turning AI answers into a living claim map. Anyone can browse the public catalog. Members can fork a public map into their own workspace, scan a topic, and classify what models find. Team uses for research, consulting, competitive intelligence, and due diligence are on the solutions page.
如何成為會員？
Sign in or create an account on the login page. Membership is open. New members receive 10 free intro credits once. Every member also gets 20 free public-contribution credits each calendar month. Lasting credits are $1 each. You do not need an account to buy a Moyo Scan.
會員享有什麼權益？
會員可以掃描主題、保留私人地圖、分叉公開地圖、投票與討論、建議或套用主張標籤、邀請檢視者、發布其擁有的地圖以及建立報告。新帳號享有 10 free intro credits（一次性）。
MoyoMap 點數費用是多少？
Credits are $1 each. Every member gets 20 free public-contribution credits each calendar month, used first for scan, expand, investigate, and import-organize on public maps. After that quota, those actions cost 1 credit, or 0 credits when every selected model uses your API keys. Private maps cost 5 credits per retrieval action, or 0 on the same bring-your-own-keys rule. Unlisted maps cost 1 credit per action from your lasting balance: they do not draw the monthly quota. A report always uses lasting credits (1 on a public or unlisted map, 5 on a private map) and is not covered by your keys or the monthly quota. Investigating several claims in one request spends one action per claim. Extra models and languages change retrieval cost. Browsing, labeling, voting, forking, publishing, and a plain graph import do not spend credits. Buy packs of 10, 50, or 100 from the workspace or account page via Stripe Checkout.
我可以使用自己的 API 金鑰代替點數嗎？
Yes, for retrieval. Save provider keys on your account. Topic scans, expansions, and investigations spend 0 credits when every selected model is billed to those keys, including public contribution after the monthly quota. Import-organize is not covered: on a public map it uses the monthly quota first, then lasting credits; on a private map it always uses credits. Reports always use credits. Both run on Moyo’s Vertex pipeline. Mixing your keys with Moyo’s keys on the same scan is not allowed.

How is MoyoMap different from a Moyo Scan?
A Moyo Scan ($495 per target) is a delivered outside-in package. MoyoMap is the productivity workspace where you turn ChatGPT, Claude, and other model answers into a map you can keep organizing, sharing, and growing.

Do you access our internal systems for a Moyo Scan?
No. A Moyo Scan is outside-in, public sources only. White-box work needs written authorization and an agreed scope.

是否有退款保證？
Yes for Moyo Scan purchases ($495 per target), including earlier Exposure Data, Exposure Snapshot, and Basis Report purchases made through this site. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You can also cancel for a full refund before research starts. Credit packs, software licenses, and quoted custom or red-team work are not covered by that guarantee. Purchased MoyoMap credits do not expire. Unused purchased credits are not refunded in cash, except where the law requires a refund of an unused prepaid amount. Introductory credits have no cash value. A failed action returns its credits. Credits spent on an action that completes are not refunded.
信心度與敏感度代表什麼意思？
Both are ranks from 1 to 5, not probabilities. Confidence is how clearly the evidence shows the model actually stated the finding. Sensitivity ranks how high-stakes the disclosure would be if the finding is right: policy, brand, privacy, safety, or proprietary exposure. Agreement across models is corroboration, not confidence.
我該如何查看掃描會發現什麼？
Open a public map and read it with no account. A sample one-pager of a finished competitive scan is on the competitive intelligence page. To scan a topic into an editable map, join MoyoMap and use the workspace. A delivered Moyo Scan is $495 per target and does not require a MoyoMap account.
How do I read a Moyo Scan?
A Moyo Scan returns sourced findings, inference paths, and recommended follow-up questions. Sensitivity 1–5 ranks stakes, not the chance a claim is true. Status labels describe how findings sit against each other: corroborated, contested, outlier, unvalidated inference, and model-specific. Corroborated means models agree. It does not mean the claim is true.

Yes. SenTeGuard Inc licenses the software for organizations that want to run maps and scans under their own operational control. Licensing covers deployment model and targets in a written agreement. A Moyo Scan, Research Team, custom work, and MoyoMap credits remain available if you prefer hosted delivery.
What does not spend MoyoMap credits?
Browsing public maps, reading claims, citations, and discussion, and a plain graph import without organize are free. With a member account, labeling, voting, forking, and publishing or unpublishing a map you own are also free. Public scan, expand, investigate, and import-organize are free until this month’s 20-credit quota is used.
Who can see a map?
A public map is in the catalog. Anyone can read it, including claims, citations, and discussion. An unlisted map is not in the catalog; anyone with the link can read it, and no account is required to open that link. A private map stays with its owners and the people they invite. Co-owners can edit. View-only collaborators can read and recommend changes once they sign in. New workspace maps start private.
Do you train models on my scans or private maps?
No. SenTeGuard Inc does not use Moyo Scan inputs, model outputs, or report files, or a private MoyoMap workspace, to train our models or to build a shared training corpus. A map you choose to publish is different: contributor terms version 1.2 and later allow that public map and its review labels to be used to evaluate, train, and fine-tune models we operate. Maps still under an earlier version are not covered by that clause. Prompts are sent to commercial AI providers so the scan can run. We do not send card numbers to those providers.
How do extra models and languages change the credit cost?
On a public map, the first 3 retrieval models are included in the base of 1 credit. Each model beyond that adds 1 credit. Each extra retrieval language multiplies that total, and the monthly quota is spent against the total, not the base. English is already included, so it does not add a multiplier. On a private map, the base is 5 credits for the first model, each further model adds 1 credit, and extra languages multiply the total. Unlisted maps stay at 1 credit per action with no model or language multiplier. When every selected model uses your API keys, retrieval is 0 credits.
What is Research Team?
Research Team is recurring coverage, from $1,500 per month: repeat scans, monitoring and deltas, shared projects, and higher volume. A Moyo Scan remains the one-target, self-serve starting point at $495. Custom and white-label work, including API access, is quoted separately.
Can a public map be taken down?
The owner can unpublish from the sharing controls. That removes the map from the catalog and stops it from being added to future database deliveries. An owner unpublishing their own map does not delete forks, and it does not recall copies already delivered. If SenTeGuard Inc removes a map because it breached the terms, forks of that map are removed too, including private copies and forks of those forks. Send removal requests through the contact form.
How long can I open a Moyo Scan?
The hosted link and password stay available for 7 days after the link is created. After that the link stops working. Public sample reports we publish ourselves are not on that timer. Order and payment records are kept for receipts, support, and accounting.
