Compare maps you already have

Content compare is for maps that already exist in the catalog or your account. Pick two to eight maps on the same subject and open a structured diff with map overviews, agreement columns, and live map previews.

  1. Open Content compares and search for a family with at least two maps.
  2. Select the maps to compare. Add more than two when you need a wider set.
  3. Run Compare or open an existing result if those maps have not changed.
  4. Read each map overview, then agreement, disagreement, emphasis, open questions, and evidence conflict.
  5. Open claims on the embedded maps or share the comparison URL.

Family compares on /families cover every public map in a topic. Content compare lets you choose the exact maps, including ones you published.

Use MoyoMap to:

  • — See how two investigations of the same subject differ in scope and verdicts.
  • — Reuse a comparison when the underlying maps are unchanged.
  • — Share a single URL that names every map and highlights the main tensions.
  • — Jump from a comparison column into the live map at the cited claim.
  • — Compare your private map to a public fork before you publish.

You leave with. A saved comparison with timestamps, map versions, and cited claims you can open on each map.
