Copyright complaints
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This page is the copyright notice and counter-notice process for the Moyo website, operated by SenTeGuard Inc. It is part of the terms of service. Reports that a map’s claims about a person are inaccurate or harmful, and that are not about copyright, use the claims process in those terms instead.
Designated agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to SenTeGuard Inc, Austin, TX 78752, United States, through the contact form or by email to david@senteguard.com . Put “Copyright notice” or “Copyright counter-notice” in the subject. SenTeGuard Inc is the agent for notices about this site.
What a notice must include
A notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act should include all of the following:
- · Your physical or electronic signature.
- · Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. A list is enough if many works are covered.
- · Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as the map address.
- · Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- · A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- · A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
SenTeGuard Inc may remove or disable access to material named in a notice that meets these requirements, and may tell the person who posted it. A notice that is missing these items may be rejected.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:
- · Your physical or electronic signature.
- · Identification of the material that was removed and the address where it appeared before removal.
- · A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- · Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- · A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or that person’s agent.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, SenTeGuard Inc will forward it to the person who sent the original notice. If that person does not notify SenTeGuard Inc that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, SenTeGuard Inc may restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice. Restoration is not required when the material was removed for a reason other than copyright, including a breach of the terms or a report under the claims-about-people process.
Repeat infringement
SenTeGuard Inc may close accounts of people who repeatedly post material that is the subject of valid copyright notices.
