# Terms of service

These terms govern use of the MoyoMap and Moyo Scan website, request forms, and online store purchases operated by SenTeGuard Inc., including checkouts started through this site or agentic commerce. Custom paid engagements may also be governed by separate written agreements.

## Acceptable use

You may only request analysis of organizations you are authorized to represent, or that will be examined using only public sources as you confirm by submitting the request. You must not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent requests, upload confidential documents through unsolicited public forms, or reverse-engineer services beyond ordinary use of the public site.
The community guidelines describe expected behavior on public maps. They are not a separate contract. Conduct that breaks acceptable use, these terms, or the law is still a breach.

## Accounts

A MoyoMap account requires a username: unique, 3 to 24 characters, starting with a letter, using only letters, numbers, and underscores. Email is optional at registration. You are responsible for the password and for activity under the account. Do not share the account. Password recovery requires a verified email. Do not impersonate another person, SenTeGuard Inc., or Moyo staff.

## Online purchases and credits

Store checkouts are processed by Stripe. MoyoMap credits and Moyo Scan purchases follow the prices on [pricing](https://moyomap.com/pricing.md) and the refund policy. MoyoMap purchases, including credit packs, are final. Feel free to reach out to admins for extenuating circumstances. A Moyo Scan includes the money-back guarantee on the return policy. Credits are for the workspace actions described on the pricing page.

## Assessments and authorization

Assessments require authorization and an agreed scope. Examination of an organization you do not represent uses only public sources.

## Your content

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant SenTeGuard Inc. the operational license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the product, including sending the text a job needs to commercial model providers. The public map contributor terms are part of these terms and are accepted when you create an account or click Generate map. You do not accept them again for each map. The publish license still starts only when you publish. A map that is not claimed within 48 hours is listed publicly as unclaimed, except a map started from Law or from a Teams trial, which stays off the catalog. Any signed-in member may claim an unclaimed map.

## Public maps

When you publish a map to the public catalog, you grant SenTeGuard Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host it publicly and to include it in commercial research databases SenTeGuard Inc. licenses to customers (including API and bulk access), as described in the contributor terms. Contributor terms version 1.2 and later also allow SenTeGuard Inc. to use that published map and its review labels to evaluate, train, and fine-tune models SenTeGuard Inc. operates, and for resale.
That license starts when you publish, not when you create an account. Private workspace maps are not covered until you publish them. Leaving a map unclaimed for 48 hours is a publish to the public catalog. A map started from Law or from a Teams trial is not part of that listing. Unpublishing stops future distribution; it does not recall copies already delivered.

## Claim categorization

Review labels you apply on a map in the public licensed corpus are licensed to SenTeGuard Inc. under the same commercial database rights as that map’s other published content. Labels on maps that are not in that corpus are not licensed for commercial sale or redistribution under this section.

## Enterprise and private maps

Maps that remain private, and maps delivered only under a separate enterprise or private engagement, are outside the commercial licenses in the Public maps and Claim categorization sections. SenTeGuard Inc. does not use those maps’ review labels in the commercial public corpus unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

## Third-party model processing

MoyoMap and Moyo Scan send text to commercial model providers. A job may transmit the topic, prompts, investigation instructions, claim text the job needs, and text extracted from documents you import or paste. Providers include services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and similar APIs. Use your own API for added security. If you connect your own provider key, that job is sent under your key and billed to your provider account.
Payment card numbers are not sent to model providers. SenTeGuard Inc. uses commercial APIs and does not enroll customer prompts in consumer settings whose purpose is to improve a provider’s public model.

## Model training by SenTeGuard Inc.

SenTeGuard Inc. does not use private workspace maps, imported documents, account prompts, or paid Moyo Scan inputs to train or fine-tune models, or to build a shared training corpus from that private material.
For a map published under contributor terms version 1.2 or later, SenTeGuard Inc. may use that map and its review labels to evaluate, train, and fine-tune models that SenTeGuard Inc. operates, and for resale of that map and those labels. Training under this clause is use by SenTeGuard Inc.. It is not a right for any other person to train on the corpus. Anyone other than SenTeGuard Inc. needs a separate written license to train on the corpus.

## Database rights

SenTeGuard Inc. owns the MoyoMap public map corpus as a compilation, including copyright in its selection, coordination, arrangement, labeling, and presentation, and any database rights in it. That ownership does not change who owns an individual map. Access to the public catalog is a revocable permission to browse it, not a license to the underlying database.

## Automated access, scraping, and AI training

Public pages are published for people and agents to read and cite. Without a separate written agreement with SenTeGuard Inc., you must not use crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, or other automated means to extract the public map corpus or a substantial part of it; must not circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other access controls; must not make systematic or bulk requests to site endpoints; and must not use the corpus or any part of it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground a machine learning model, or to build a competing database or product.
Programmatic and bulk access are available under a separate enterprise data license. Rights for anyone other than SenTeGuard Inc. to use the corpus for AI training are licensed separately and are never implied.

## Other

Software licensing, if offered, is a separate written agreement. Maps can contain claims about named people; those claims are not verified findings of fact. Copyright notices go through https://moyomap.com/copyright. Community guidelines are not a separate contract.
The service is provided without warranty. Liability is limited as stated on the HTML terms page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law. SenTeGuard Inc. may publish a new version; the version recorded for a purchase or publication is the version that governs that event.
