# Public map contributor terms Version 1.2. Last updated: October 31, 2026. HTML: https://moyomap.com/contributor-terms These terms apply when you publish a MoyoMap knowledge map to the public catalog, and when an agent acting as you starts a public or unlisted map. They are part of the terms of service between you and SenTeGuard Inc., and a member accepts them when they accept those terms at signup or by clicking Generate map. A member does not accept them again for each map. An agent still sends the current version on each write. Maps in a private workspace are not covered until you choose to publish. A map that is not claimed within 48 hours is published as unclaimed. A map started from Law or from a Teams trial is not published that way. In short: you keep ownership of what you publish. SenTeGuard Inc. may host it, show it publicly, include it in an aggregated research database, and license access to that database to paying customers. Review labels on a public licensed map are included. Under version 1.2, SenTeGuard Inc. may also use a published map and its labels to evaluate, train, and fine-tune its own models, and for resale. Private and enterprise-only maps and their labels are not. Unpublishing stops future distribution but does not recall copies already delivered. ## 1. You keep your rights You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in a map you publish, including review labels, titles, comments, and investigation structure you author. SenTeGuard Inc. does not ask you to assign ownership. You remain free to use, publish, and license your own map elsewhere. Claims produced by AI models may not be protected by copyright in some jurisdictions. These terms operate whether or not any particular part of a map is protected by copyright. ## 2. License you grant by publishing By publishing a map to the public catalog, you grant SenTeGuard Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and commercially exploit the map and its contents, including by including it in aggregated databases and licensing access to those databases to third parties through any means, including APIs and bulk data delivery. This license starts when you publish. Creating an account does not grant it. Leaving a map unclaimed for 48 hours is a publish, except a map started from Law or from a Teams trial. It does not require SenTeGuard Inc. to keep hosting any map. ## 3. Claim categorization (review labels) Review labels you apply on a published map in the public licensed corpus are included in the license in section 2. Labels on private workspace maps and enterprise-only maps that are not in the public catalog are not licensed for commercial sale under these contributor terms. ## 4. Commercial use is expected Published maps may be included in a commercial research corpus that SenTeGuard Inc. licenses to customers, including programmatic or bulk access. You will not receive payment or a revenue share unless SenTeGuard Inc. agrees otherwise in a separate signed writing. SenTeGuard Inc. may exclude any map from the commercial corpus. ## 5. What you promise Each time you publish, you represent that: you have the right to publish it and to grant the license in section 2; it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property; it contains no confidential, trade-secret, privileged, or unlawfully obtained material; your research complied with authorized use; it contains no special-category or sensitive personal data and no personal data of a minor; and publishing it does not violate any law or agreement that binds you. ## 6. Your indemnity You will defend and indemnify SenTeGuard Inc., its officers, employees, and customers against claims arising from your breach of section 5. ## 7. Database rights in the corpus SenTeGuard Inc. owns the aggregated corpus as a compilation, including database rights. That does not change who owns an individual map. ## 8. Attribution SenTeGuard Inc. may credit you by username, credit the map to MoyoMap, or present the map without attribution. Attribution is not a condition of the license. ## 9. Unpublishing and deletion You may unpublish a map you own. Unpublishing stops future database deliveries. It does not recall copies already delivered, and does not end rights already granted for those copies. To that extent the license in section 2 survives unpublishing and deletion. ## 10. Copies, forks, and deletion A signed-in user may fork a public map into a new private map. The person who forks is the sole owner of the new map. Unpublishing the upstream map does not delete existing forks, except a removal under section 13 when the upstream map breached these terms. Publishing a fork grants the section 2 license in the fork as published. ## 11. Several contributors on one map The primary owner controls visibility, publishing, and deletion. An unclaimed map has no primary owner until a signed-in member claims it. Claiming does not change the license already granted at publish. A contribution you submit on a map that is already public grants SenTeGuard Inc. the section 2 license in that contribution only. On a private map, you agree the owner may publish it, and publication grants that license in your contribution. You do not grant it in the rest of the map. ## 12. Accuracy Claims are outputs of AI models. They are not verified statements of fact. Publishing a map is not an assertion that its claims are true. ## 13. Removal and enforcement SenTeGuard Inc. may unpublish, restrict, or remove any map, and may suspend publishing. When a map is removed because it breached these terms, forks are removed as well, including private copies. An owner unpublishing their own map does not delete forks. Copies already delivered are not recalled. ## 14. Model training by SenTeGuard Inc. Publishing under version 1.2 also grants SenTeGuard Inc. the right to use the published map and its review labels to evaluate, train, and fine-tune machine-learning models that SenTeGuard Inc. operates, and for resale of that map and those labels. Training under this clause is use by SenTeGuard Inc.. It does not let any other person train on the corpus. It does not apply to a map that stays private, or to a map still governed by an earlier version. ## 15. Changes A new version applies to maps you publish after it takes effect, under the terms of service already accepted at signup. The version recorded when you published governs that map. The current version is 1.2. ## 16. Governing law and contact These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law. They form part of the terms of service.
